1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the La Dolce Vita Sharm El Sheikh website at dolcevitasharm.com ("Website") and the purchase of tickets, VIP reservations, and related services ("Services"). By accessing our Website or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

2. Services

La Dolce Vita Sharm El Sheikh is an open-air entertainment venue located in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. Our Services include:

• Weekly "Desert Party Night" events every Wednesday
• General admission ticket sales
• VIP table reservations and bottle service
• Special events and private bookings

3. Ticket Purchases

a) General Terms

All ticket purchases are processed through our authorized ticketing partner. By purchasing a ticket, you enter into a binding agreement for attendance at the specified event date and time.

b) Pricing

Ticket prices are displayed on our Website and include all applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary depending on event date, availability, and ticket category. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time for future events.

c) Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. All transactions are in the currency displayed at checkout.

d) Refunds & Cancellations

Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, in the event that we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.

4. VIP Reservations

VIP table reservations can be made via WhatsApp (+20 122 822 0601) or email (info@dolcevitasharm.com). VIP reservations may require a minimum spend and/or advance payment. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations of VIP reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any advance payment.

5. Entry & Venue Rules

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to enter La Dolce Vita. Valid photo ID is required at entry.
• Attire: Wear an appropriate outfit you feel comfortable in. Management reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion.
• Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue at their discretion, without refund, for reasons including but not limited to: intoxication, disruptive behavior, or violation of venue rules.
• Prohibited Items: Outside food and beverages, illegal substances, weapons, professional cameras and recording equipment are not permitted.
• Photography: By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional purposes. Images may be used on our website and social media channels.

6. Liability

La Dolce Vita Sharm El Sheikh shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests at the venue, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. We strongly recommend not bringing valuables to the venue.

We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to events caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to weather conditions, government orders, health emergencies, or other unforeseeable events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of La Dolce Vita Sharm El Sheikh or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Website
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Resell tickets purchased through our Website without authorization

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, unless mandatory EU consumer law provides for the courts of your country of residence.
